Cadillac is synonymous with quality and luxury — so it’s no surprise that the brand took one of the top spots in the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Customer Service Index Study. In this study, the J.D. Power experts ranked automakers based on customer satisfaction in regard to the brand’s auto repair service. Using data from drivers with one-to-three-year-old vehicles, the survey found that Cadillac was among the highest-ranked premium brands.
In the study, customers shared their thoughts on their car’s automaker’s performance across five categories: service facilities, service initiation, vehicle pick up services, service advisors, and service quality. And for the latest iteration of the survey, J.D. Power inquired about the convenience of each brand’s contactless services, such as valets, remote vehicle services, and app-based payment availability.
With these criteria considered, Cadillac scored a whopping 880 out of 1,000 possible points. With a score like that, the brand earned the second-highest spot in the study, outpacing luxury rivals like Audi, Porsche, and BMW.
