Cadillac is a brand known for going above and beyond when it comes to delivering new technologies to drivers. The latest of these innovations Cadillac plans to introduce is the automotive industry’s first curved OLED display.
OLED displays offer a high contrast as well as vivid colors
and a quick response time, so you can easily view the screen. As for the new
display, Cadillac will provide a 38-inch curved OLED display that has twice as
much pixel density as a 4K television so it can showcase a crisp image and
massive color range.
The first Cadillac to feature this curved OLED display will
be the 2021 Cadillac Escalade. The latest iteration of the Escalade will make
its debut in Los Angeles in February of 2020.
“From the highway to the big screen, the Escalade has been
embraced by drivers and fans around the world,” said Steve Carlisle, Cadillac
president. “We’re excited to introduce the 2021 Escalade during Oscars week in
With the new display offering and other advanced technologies, the 2021 Cadillac Escalade has a lot to be excited about. Until the new luxury SUV is released, we encourage you to speak with our staff about the other Cadillac models available at Bud Weiser Motors.
Winter can be harsh in Wisconsin and make daily driving more challenging. Prepare your Chevrolet vehicle for the cold weather ahead by following these tips.
Get an oil change
Staying on top of routine vehicle maintenance is important
at all times of the year. That’s why you should schedule oil changes regularly
to best protect your vehicle’s engine.
Inspect your lights
Headlights can give you the visibility necessary for driving
at night or during snowstorms. Be sure to inspect your headlights as well as
your fog lights and taillights before driving, and replace any bulbs that are
Consider winter tires
You should take your vehicle in to the service department
for regular tire rotations throughout the year.
In the winter, you can also opt for winter tires to have better traction
on snowy roads.
Replace your wiper
If your wiper blades are leaving streaks or not functioning
properly, replace them before the first snowstorm hits so that you can have
Pack an emergency kit
You should keep an emergency kit in your vehicle in case you ever get stranded on the side of the road. Be sure to pack extra layers of clothing, water, a cellphone charger, jumper cables, snacks, flares and a flashlight.
We at Bud Weiser Motors encourage you to take your Chevrolet vehicle to our service department for replacements and routine maintenance before the winter season begins.
Cadillac consistently pioneers cutting-edge technology for its vehicles. One of its latest and greatest innovations is Super Cruise™, a revolutionary system that does the driving for you. Here’s a look into how Super Cruise™ technology works.
Super Cruise™ merges the functions of different devices to
create an integrated hands-free driving experience. It relies on radar sensors,
cameras and GPS to digitally map and predict the road ahead. Then, when you
activate Super Cruise™, it utilizes Adaptive Cruise Control to control your
braking and acceleration, allowing the vehicle to keep moving forward without
colliding with other vehicles.
Your Cadillac will even stay centered in its lane and
maintain a safe distance from other vehicles, all without your hands needing to
guide the wheel. Accordingly, the technology makes for more relaxing and
Cadillac customers have been using the autonomous system for
almost two years now, covering more than 3 million miles of compatible highway.
Super Cruise™ is such a breakthrough in self-driving technology that Autoblog
named it the 2019 Technology of the Year and Popular Science proclaimed it the
2018 Best of What’s New winner.
If you want to take the hassle out of highway driving and make your commutes easier, you can drive the 2019 or 2020 Cadillac CT6 and opt for Super Cruise™. Learn more about the vehicles and their technology at Bud Weiser Motors.
Cadillac recently teamed up with the famous film directors, Anthony and Joe Russo, to create a new 2020 Cadillac XT6 spot for the brand’s new campaign. The Russo brothers are best known for making huge blockbuster superhero movies, like “Avengers: Endgame,” so having them work on the Cadillac ad is exciting.
According to Cadillac, the “Crew Ready” campaign will also
feature Diplo’s song, “Welcome to the Party.” The campaign wants to show the
new Cadillac XT6 as sleek, versatile and unique, which is why the spots have an
edgy overall feel and show that the XT6 is more than just a traditional SUV. With
the campaign’s list of XT6 drivers including stuntwomen and even rocker dads,
it makes sense that the Russo brothers were chosen to direct a spot.
Deborah Wahl, chief marketing officer of Cadillac said, “XT6
customers are always ready for an adventure, and we knew closely partnering
with the directors of the highest ever grossing film, the Russo brothers, and
Bullitt was the perfect way to bring this vision to life.”
