Cadillac Earns High Score in J.D. Power 2020 Customer Service Index.

According to the J.D. Power 2020 Customer Service Index Study, Cadillac places second among luxury brands when it comes to service satisfaction. The annual CSI study ranks auto brands based on the responses of customers with 1- to 3-year-old vehicles in regards to five factors: service quality, service advisor, service initiation, vehicle pick-up and service facility.

Cadillac earned a score of 882 out of a possible 1,000 points, ranking second overall and well above the luxury segment’s average score of 864. A big reason for that high score and an increase in customer satisfaction across the board is the ability of dealerships, like Bud Weiser Motors, to complete service right the first time.

The J.D. Power 2020 Customer Service Index Study also found that the vast majority of new vehicle customers service their luxury rides at dealerships. The highest-ranking factors among the survey respondents are the courteousness and knowledge of their service advisors and the cleanliness of their dealership.
